Below is roughly how we approach this work.

STEP 1 : GETTING TO KNOW OUR CLIENTS & THEIR NEEDS

Anyone can slap a design together and call it a day. If you were interested in that, you'd have Canva open and probably be visiting a stock-website instead of ours. What we do goes beyond pretty pictures. We get to know our clients and the challenges they face from a communication {i.e. marketing} perspective. We try to understand their market, and their position in that market before we get started.

STEP 2: VALUES AND CORE MESSAGING

Once the ice has been broken, we can learn what makes your brand unique.

Being true to your brand promise makes you stand out in a media flooded world. Making the right promise in the first place means it’s easy to keep - and nothing is more important for a brand than keeping its promise.

We infuse all of your communication with the unique values your brand holds. Those values serve as important focal points (like lighthouses) for your audiences - the ones experiencing your print advertisement, social media post, radio spot, billboard, business card, office signage, website, car decal, transit ad, Google search result, event sponsorship…

We establish your core messages and then repeat repeat repeat - creatively.

STEP 3: CREATE, IMAGINE, GROW
